Shipping & Tracking

We ship throughout the United States.

  • Orders of $90 or more: Free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $90: $7 flat-rate standard shipping.

The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is 8–18 business days, subject to any different estimate disclosed before purchase.

Returns & Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and meet the conditions in our return policy. Customers pay return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Mobiim covers necessary return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Email hello@mobiim.com before returning an item. We will provide authorization, the confirmed return address, and instructions.
