These Terms apply to your use of https://mobiim.com/ and purchases made through our store. “Mobiim,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating this website under the store name Mobiim.
1. Our Store
Mobiim is an independent online retailer offering cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, food storage, appliances, and related home products.
Third-party trademarks and product designs belong to their respective owners. References identify the products offered and do not imply that Mobiim is the manufacturer, brand owner, or an authorized partner unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
You must be legally able to make a purchase or have appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information and use our website lawfully. Fraudulent orders, unauthorized access, malicious software, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited.
3. Product Information
Please review product descriptions for materials, dimensions, capacity, included components, care instructions, and compatibility.
For electrical products, check the stated voltage, plug type, and operating requirements before purchasing. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings.
Testing, certification, or performance statements apply only to the specific products and conditions identified. They should not be interpreted as guarantees covering every product in our store.
If a product is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us for assistance.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment.
Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; orders remain subject to payment authorization, inventory verification, and acceptance.
If a material listing error or fulfillment problem affects an order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
If a paid order is canceled, we will initiate the applicable refund within 10 business days.
5. Shipping
We ship throughout the United States.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $90 or more. Orders under $90 have a flat standard shipping charge of $7. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
Normal processing is 1–3 business days, followed by 7–15 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 8–18 business days, subject to any different estimate disclosed before purchase.
We will assist with delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries. Handing a package to a carrier does not remove our obligations to provide remedies required by applicable law.

6. Returns and Cancellations
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must meet the unused-item conditions in our policy.
Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. Mobiim covers necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. No restocking fee applies.
We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt and initiate approved refunds within 10 business days of approval.

7. Accounts and Privacy
Keep account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Do not email passwords or full payment card details.
8. Intellectual Property and Feedback
Original Mobiim content and branding may be protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. If you submit content for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with our store, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. We do not edit reviews to misrepresent customer experiences.
9. Third-Party Providers
Shopify provides our e-commerce platform. Payments, shipping, and technical services may involve other providers.
Purchases through this store are transactions with Mobiim. Using service providers does not remove our responsibilities concerning those purchases.
10. Website Availability and Liability
Temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Contact us if a technical issue affects an order or payment.
To the extent permitted by law, Mobiim is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website misuse or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, liability, refunds, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and Texas law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights relating to accepted orders. Additional notice will be provided where required.
